Jland Website Design: A Fresh, Immersive Site for a Real Estate Brand

Jland describes itself as "real estate, with a difference", committed to delivering the ultimate value to society. So a property brand with that ambition can't rely on a standard listings template. The website needed to feel fresh and forward-looking, and it needed to keep buyers engaged long after their first visit.

That's why Jland asked Spacebar for the complete web development, along with the creative UI and UX design.

A bright, optimistic look

The design pairs a bright teal with a coral-orange accent from the logo. Rounded, modern typefaces and plenty of white space keep pages light. Photography focuses on people and homes rather than buildings alone. For instance, one banner shows a tablet with a smart-home icon on a coffee table, while another shows a family laughing together in a park.

A doorway into the virtual gallery

The standout feature is the link to JLand Omniverse, a virtual gallery. Once there, visitors can view and learn about JLand's developments in a 360° environment. One section sits under the heading "Let's immerse in a world of wonder". It pairs an aerial render of a domed glass pavilion with a simple arrow button. The Omniverse welcome screen then greets visitors with a single Enter button and a "Chat with us" tab.

Built to keep buyers in touch

Further down sits a teal newsletter band. It offers advance news on new developments, buy and rent offers, and articles on property, architecture, lifestyle and design. Consequently, the website keeps working after the first visit by building a list of interested buyers.

Jland hasn't shared sign-up or visitor numbers with us for publication, so we report none.
