Sutera Bay Website Design for a 15-Storey Commercial Development

Sutera Bay is a new 15-storey block of commercial business suites in the city centre of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Because the building was still on sale off-plan, the website had to sell a place people couldn't yet visit. Buyers and investors needed to see the setting, the units and the lifestyle at a glance.

So the client asked us for a complete website build along with its creative UI and UX design.

A quiet, premium visual style

The design uses soft grey-blue tones and generous white space. A tall, condensed typeface completes the look. Against that calm backdrop, the architectural renders do the selling. A diagonal-line pattern from the Sutera Bay logo also appears as a decorative motif. That way, it ties the pages back to the brand.

Pages that answer a buyer's questions

The about section sums up the project in one paragraph. It covers 283 units and a car park podium in the heart of the city centre. Right beside it, a View Location button shows visitors where the building stands. Further in, a property units page pairs interior renders of bedrooms and living areas with proposed floor layouts. In addition, a strip of key figures sits below the hero. So the headline numbers are never more than a scroll away.

Lifestyle and easy enquiries

A numbered "Hotel Concept Lifestyle" slider shows the lobby and shared spaces in full-width renders. Meanwhile, small floating tabs on the right edge keep the email and information buttons within reach on every screen.

We don't yet have sales or enquiry data from the Sutera Bay launch to report.

Our web design Penang team built the site. That included the unit pages, slider and location links. Before that, our UI UX design Malaysia designers planned the page flow. As a result, buyers can move from first impression to floor plan without getting lost.
